Hi, I’m Kirsty and I’m part of the Trusted Advisors Network (TAN) because I’m passionate about coaching and helping people grow and achieve their goals. I help small and medium sized businesses build their ideal business, one that not only provides you with an ideal income but also gives you the freedom to enjoy the money you're making.
At TAN we have smart tools and accessible courses, that when combined with my 30 years of corporate leadership experience – in business strategy and planning; managing teams and marketing operations; developing brands; customer experiences strategy; and coaching teams and individuals, give me all the skills and knowledge to really help SME businesses.
I understand business owners are working harder than ever for less return, scaling their business is a struggle and they’re feeling tied to the business with less time and freedom for the lifestyle they wanted. It doesn’t have to be like this, which is why I’m motivated to help.
Through my 1-to-1 and my group programs, I support owners and their teams, to plan, implement and track new skills and processes that improve and grow their business. We focus on sales and marketing strategies; delivering great customer experiences; optimising margins by managing costs, pricing and cash flow; improving productivity; leadership development; building high performance cultures; and engaging teams. I run quarterly planning workshops, for business owners to build actionable 90-day plans that help them get focused on and implement priority projects.
I have a particular interest and experience in leadership and team development and use proven diagnostic tools to inform improvement plans. I love running workshops to help teams collaborate, adapt, innovate and be more productive together. And I love helping people see the big picture and feel less trapped in day to day and the little details – to step on the balcony to see what is really happening on the dance floor, or put another way, to work ON your business rather than just IN it.
